This is me.
Hello welcome to my portfolio my name is Will Varsalona. Let’s start with the basics, I am a recent college graduate who studied game design and development and minored in computer science at Quinnipiac University in Hamden, CT but I grew up in Ramsey, NJ. I currently have some solo projects I am working on and I continuously 3D model in my free time to improve my skills. Previously I have worked on Underdevelopment the Paper Prototype, Badmin, Barbershop Simulator VR, Underdevelopment, and Primal Defense. My ambition is to create games that can inspire people and bring people together by creating in game experiences that can show people new and exciting ideas.
As someone who always looks for new life experiences, I am an avid adventurer. From traveling to Iceland, England, Italy, Germany, and more, to attending countless live music shows and a bunch of music festivals across the world. I have used these experiences to help inspire the games I create. I always strive to create games that give the players the same sense of joy that I feel when embarking on a new adventure. Each game becomes an opportunity to learn, grow and experience something new.
Throughout my time at Quinnipiac I discovered a passion for 3D art and level design. I aspire to use my life experiences and translate them into epic adventures in gaming to not only provide entertainment for gamers but to inspire gamers to grow and show them that no dream is too big, and to show that no matter the obstacles in their path no challenge is too big to overcome.
